Delivery Information

A valid delivery address, postcode, email address and a contact number must be provided with all orders.

Dispatch Email Notification
We will in most cases provide tracking information for all the orders.

Orders are dispatched on the same day and you should expect them to reach with you within 48 hours.

Other

On the rare occasion when your chosen product is out of stock we will, where possible, supply an equivalent or better product in place of it at no extra charge to you.

Hoses are unattached on larger extinguishers. Customers must attach them prior to use.

Any damages must be reported within 2 days of delivery along with photographic evidence. Failure to do so will void any claims against us. You must check the items before signing.
Returns
We only accept returns for goods that are found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.

If you have changed your mind then please contact us to receive return authorisation.

Customer will incur shipping charges in case of returns.

Only if the goods are not as described or damaged, will we refund you (within 7 working days of our receipt of the returned goods) in full less postage costs incurred, as stated above.
Please note that our decision on the condition of the returned goods and the refund to the customer is final & no exceptions will be made whatsoever.

Warranty
Most of our products carry a manufacturers’ warranty for defects in manufacturing and or materials.  As stated on the listing where available.
